Inner Garden

The afternoon started on a not so good note, I turned on a meditation playlist to regulate my emotions. Leafing through the pages of “The Art of Wellbeing,” brought about a positive shift. In that moment, I contemplated the imagery of an inner garden in the midst of feeling good. I let the brush guide me. Loose shapes start to appear and as usual, water forms naturally. A younger inner voice yearns for a swing and another voice needs a resting area. I never know who the art is for, but will honour the voices because maybe someone out there needs a swing.
